When do the kitchens serve?
The Getaway Restaurant serves lunch, dinner and smaller meals. From Sunday to Thursday it opens at 11 AM and closes at 10 PM. On Friday and Saturday it runs from 11 AM to midnight. The Getaway Express is the quick-service counter. It opens at 11 AM Monday to Friday and at 9 AM on Saturday and Sunday, closing at 2 AM each night.
Between 2 AM and 9 AM, neither kitchen is serving. The gaming floor stays open through those hours, but no meals are made. Coffee, tea and fountain pop are complimentary, which means free. Those are the only free drinks, and none of them contain alcohol.
When does the racetrack run?
Georgian Downs, the harness racetrack at the same address, is run by Great Canadian Entertainment. Simulcast racing, which shows races from other tracks on screens, opens at 12 PM every day of the week. Its closing hour is not published.
